Hair Metal Mixtape #342 – Set It Off! – Sat Feb 27

After what felt like a 9 day week that never ended, today we let loose and set it off, so stick around for the trifecta of Mötley Crüe , Ratt and Wildstreet, just to name a few!

But first… Hear N’ Tell!

Mad Dogs release the third single “Not Waiting”

Italian Rockers from San Severino Marque, Mad Dogs, consisting of Marco Cipolletti – Guitar & Vocals, Luca Zenobi – Guitar, Simone Mosciatti – Bass and Giacomo Zepponi – Drums & Backing Vocals have released their third album ‘We Are Ready to Testify’ this past October and three singles were released from that album. The third is called “Not waiting”

Let’s hear it and see it I’ll tell you some more after…

Here’s Mad Dogs and the third single “Not Waiting” right here on Hair Metal Mixtape!

That was Mad Dogs and the third single “Not Waiting” from their new album ‘We Are Ready to Testify’ which was released this past October of 2020.

Says the band about the song: “Not waiting” is the longest and most articulated track of the album. With this piece we want to realize a rock song that plays for more than 3 minutes and that it is out of the verse-chorus scheme, even if the style is always ours. The 70s sound goes along perfectly with an incredible organ played by Nicola Bagnoli that explodes both in the intro and the outro. The guitar phrasing and the great rhythmic section blend with an aggressive melody. The lyrics remind us the importance of living day by day and carpe diem without being crushed by the daily routine. “Now it’s time to live my life, with my victories and defeats, not waiting

Mad Dogs is a band that was born devoted to rock’n’roll since 2009. In 2016 after several line-up changes, a new dawn rises, and the band finds it’s own dimension and stability. From here on begins an artistic and creative project directed towards garage rock, high energy rock’n’roll and ’70 sonorities.

There you have it folks! What did you think?
