“Assh Wednesday” Hair Metal Mixtape w/Gabe LIVE @ 12pm (GMT-5) (Click Here!)

Hair Metal Mixtape #332 – Assh Wednesday – Wed Feb 17

For some it’s Ash Wednesday today, for others it’s recovery day from Mardi Gras! Stick around for Inglorious, Van Halen and Warrant, just to name a few!

Yo! What up Mixtapers? How’s it going? I hope this Ash Wednesday finds you well.

I wasn’t raised religious nor know very much about it. If it’s your thing and you use it for good then I’m cool. I never really knew the meaning behind Ash Wednesday nor really cared enough to really want to know why. I know co-workers always got out of work to go get some ash on their forehead so there’s that!

And here’s Aerosmith with Hoodoo/Voodoo Medicine Man to start off today’s  Hair Metal Mixtape!

Peace, Love, Hair Metal!

Razorbats unveil video for new track “Little Ms. Crazy”

Norwegian rockers Razorbats consisting of guitarists, Kjetil F. Wevling and Alse Tangen, lead vocalist Paul Vercouteren, bassist Martin Hervig and drummer Christian Håpnes Svendsen have released a video for their latest single “Little Ms. Crazy” from their upcoming new album, which will be released via Rob Mules Records on April 9, 2021.

Let’s hear it and I’ll tell you some more after.

That was Razorbats and their new track “Little Ms. Crazy” from their upcoming new album, which will be released via Rob Mules Records on April 9, 2021.

The group’s Biography on its Facebook page indicates:

“Norway’s Razorbats are one of the most entertaining bands in The New Wave of Scandirock. Heavily inspired by 70s rock bands such as Alice CooperCheap Trick and KISS, with elements of 80s hair metal and 90s pop punk, Razorbats’ music is a thrilling homage to the golden age of rock ’n’ roll!

The band first received international attention with the release of their debut album Camp Rock in 2015, and critics from all over Europe, Australia and the US praised their unique ability to blend classic rock, powerpop and punk in exiting ways. The lead single «Kids of the 70s» got a lot of airplay on rock radio across Europe and college radio in the US, in addition to national radio back home. Camp Rock was named album of the year by a US rock zine and featured on several year-end lists in 2015. The hype continued with the album “II” in 2018. In 2019, Razorbats released “The City” and “White Trash Radio”, as the first singles from the band’s up-coming 2021 full length album.”
